A seasoned chef and culinary consultant with over 30 years of experience in kitchens across the United States. A graduate of the New England Culinary Institute, he has held chef management roles in Missouri, New England, the South, the Southwest, and even Alaska. 

He is the Chef Owner of The Culinary Clinic and a founding partner of Effective Restaurant Consulting, focusing on team training, operations, and mentorship. 

Known for his commitment to transparency and teaching, Chef Cory is also developing a line of gourmet bottled sauces slated for release by the end of 2025.
